Book a Session
All workshops, tutoring and private sessions are pre-booked and paid for in advance, as places are limited. Pick a session in our online booking calendar, complete the short booking form for each child and pay to secure your place. Questions? Call or text Andy on 07512201047.
How It Works
Booking in four steps

Choose a session
Open the booking calendar to see every session and how many places are left.
2
Complete the booking form
One form per child: your contact details, a second contact, allergies, medical and SEND needs, and photo and first-aid permissions. Every booking must include it.
3
Pay online
Payment is taken when you book to secure your place.
4
Get your confirmation
You’ll get a confirmation email straight away and a reminder the day before.
Autumn Term 2026
Group sessions this term
Group workshops need a minimum of 6 children to run and are capped at 8. If a session hasn’t reached 6 bookings 48 hours before it starts, Andy will offer you a full refund or a place on another date. Online booking closes at 10pm the night before each session. Live availability is shown in the booking calendar. Specific session focuses (the topic or project for each date) will be updated soon.

Tutoring & Private Bookings
Book a whole slot
Tutoring and private group sessions can be booked and paid for online, one booking per slot. The person booking completes the form for one child; every other child in the pair, group or private session completes our online registration form.
Tutoring (1 hour, onsite)
- 1:1 — £40
- Paired (2 children) — £50 for the session
- Small group (up to 4 children) — £60 for the session
Monday to Thursday 3:15–4:15pm, plus Monday 4:30–5:30pm. Pairs and groups should be working on the same subject at roughly the same level and with the same aim.
Private group session (2 hours)
- £160 for the session, up to 8 children (our Bempton workshop holds a maximum of 8)
- Larger groups at your venue or on the coast: see Schools & Group Bookings
For your own group — children, friends, families, home-ed groups, retirement groups, schools and more. Monday to Thursday 1–3pm, and Thursday & Friday 10am–12 noon.

Payment & Cancellations
Simple and fair
Places are limited, so a late cancellation or no-show usually leaves an empty place that can’t be refilled. Paying in advance secures your place.

Notice is counted from when your email or text reaches Andy to the start time of the session. Credit and rebookings must be used within 8 weeks. You can also send someone else in your place — just tell Andy first. Tutoring sessions aren’t refunded but can be rearranged for a valid reason. Good to Know
Before you come
Supervision
- Children under 8: a parent, guardian or named responsible adult stays on site for the whole session.
- Children aged 8 and over can be dropped off and collected at the set times from the agreed location, if you have given permission on the booking form.
- An adult stays with every child on the beach.
Health, access & safety
- Tell us about allergies, medical or SEND needs on the booking form — we’ll make adaptations where we can.
- Our onsite workshop isn’t wheelchair accessible. Please tell us about any access needs and we’ll do our best to help.
- Please use the toilet before you arrive. There is no toilet in the workshop; a house toilet is available, and parents take under-8s.
- Children who are unwell should stay at home — we’ll offer a rebooking or credit.
- Safety always comes first, and Andy’s decision on safety, weather and whether a session goes ahead is final.
How we use your information: we use the information you give us only to run your child’s sessions and keep them safe. It is stored securely and is not shared without a good reason. See our Privacy Notice.
